Staff, location and cleanliness
Food needs improvement and surprisingly their walnut by green has very good food. Same menu by taste is much better

The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has beautiful views, a peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, and hot water was always available. We also had dinner at the hotel—the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, it was the best hotel experience of our trip.
The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. It barely worked inside the rooms, so we had to spend most of our time on the terrace just to use the internet. I would also suggest adding bread to the breakfast menu, providing bathroom slippers, and increasing the dinner portion sizes.

It was good.
Not proper heating. Using gas heater for few time. But in the extreme weather. Inverter heating required 24/7. Road to hotel was not cleared from snow.
