A very neat and clean experience staying at this Hotel.

Breakfast has a decent spread, served nicely on a large platter. Service is good. I found the quality of the food also good! The Hotel is new, so the rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Shower in #304 needs to be replaced. Water falls all over. They must promptly serve a bottle of water to the guest everyday. That's the minimum service you can offer.. water!

Worse experience

The hotel didn't maintained the Boutique hotel standard service. Worse service never expected

Hot water in bathroom were equal to warm water. Breakfast was very bad.

Ok, but not anything like the review suggests.

The location was ok. The wifi was ok, but not fast, and it kept dipping out. The bathroom was clean, but the area for showering was right next to the door so water got into the bedroom. The sheets could have felt cleaner and crisper. The room itself was clean enough.

The food for breakfast was not great, and it took very long to get a cup of tea. The kettle in the room did not work properly. The reception said they could take our water bottles and fill them up with RO water, but the bottles came back stinking.

It’s an horrible experience

No buffet breakfast was there. Service was too slow and also they did not changed the bathing towel.

Good, comfortable stay.

The breakfast was fine. The location was great. The staff were courteous. The room and the hotel premises were very clean.

The room size could have been larger for the price that is charged.

Cleaness, running hot water

cleaning stuffs were speaking with loudly voice on the hallway . and They've lost my small towel I had bought it.Never apologized it. Hope that improving their hospitality. and acceptable for international card.

I like Saff

While booking photos are showing its big room but it's very small room and not value for money. I don't like this hotel. In washroom water keep on leaking.

Good stay. Nice place. Excellent staff

Excellent location and changes cleanliness. Customer service was amazing. Would definitely go back again

Food choices could've been better. Biryani not available and lunch only available post 1:30pm
