The location is great - calm and quiet, but getting to the center via bus is easy and fast and there are nice restaurants quite near from the accomodation. The host are very friendly and helpful. :)

While the communication with the hosts was easy, I can't say the same about the communication in general - there is a mandatory app for check-in with added fees, safety deposit you have to transfer and an insane option of a "care free stay fee" instead of the deposit.

The room and bath was neat and clean. It was very quiet - which I enjoyed. Also I liked the view out of the window. On my floor there were like six rooms. The hallway included also a shared kitchen including a table for 3 persons, a shared fridge with sufficient space, and all needed kitchen utensils.

I needed to pay 70€ deposit via the digital receptionist app. I got refunded in full a few days after my stay and that's acceptable but unusual though.

I’ve been all Europe. 17 countries in the past 3 months. This is the first place I had to leave deposit. It was all digital. I was interacting with an app to register, checking in and checking out. The checking was until 4. The app won’t give you directions to the place until 4:00. PM. Way too late to checking. I was in the airport waiting for the app to tell me directions to get to the place. I got there very late. It was a day wasted. I was very disappointed. There is a kitchen without a stove and a mini fridge for lot of people. It is not close to downtown. I had to walk about half mile and take a 25 min bus to get to downtown. Oh I almost forgot. The app asks for a tip. 😂😂.

It was quiet and the room was clean. Buses were regular to the city centre and there was a supermarket 10 inutes away.

Everything was done online. There was no corkscrew/bottle opener in the kitchen but did get one on request. i had one large and one small towel for 5 days. It said on the back of the bathroom to place it on the floor and they would give a clean one, this didn't happen. It's an AI Bot online and I left a request for clean towels, which was never replied to.
