wasn’t supplied with enough amenities for 3 people as indicated in my booking. no body wash in shower. only 2 regular coffees. 2 wine glasses. called the guest service number and was brought the items but was lacking on the arrival day and morning after. the bathroom floor was dirty near wall closest to shower.

We loved the door door code. The rooftop was perfect!! And the overall vibe of the apartment was beyond anything we could imagine!!

It was a great stay only small detail is have a wine opener in the kitchen.

No ice ,ice maker wouldn’t work, elevator down

Nothing to like, was stuck 4 hours in traffic, messaged this place, 8 hours prior to trying to check in, of the traffic delays, and still no response from them. Pin code didn't work, and after 15 hours of driving, we were stranded with all hotels around booked. I called multiple times while not being able to get in. It's now the next day, and still no response, yet they still took another $300 deposit for a room we couldn't even use, plus the $200. Worst traveling experience I have ever had.

Elevator not operating.

The downtown location was perfect. The facility was newly remodeled with new furnishings and fixtures. Although the weather was a bit chilly, the rooftop seating area had a nice view of the town.

We had three guests in a one-bedroom with a sofa pullout. There were no sheets anywhere to make up the pullout and had to offer the comforter from the bedroom to our guest. Plus, the acoustics were awful! It was as if our neighbors were in our apartment at 7 am. And use the keypad out front for the easiest access. The side entrance pad posed extreme difficulty especially when juggling the suitcases we lugged from the parking lot across the street...

Great location and just a really cool space! We'll be back!

Had trouble with the code at first, but it was resolved quickly.

Dogs barking next door , unit to our left I have a bad left knee so going up and down stairs to access the bedrooms was not fun

Dirty. Floors were not swept and cleaned. item left in refrigerator and freezer. Nothing stated prior to our arrival about the train that goes through in the middle of the night.

Internet was spotty.

Location is great, easy to walk to everything in town. Love that on old building was saved/renovated. Units are private and well laid out; kitchens are well equipped and nicely done. Lots of windows for natural light during the day though blackout curtains are badly needed as the lights from the street/businesses kept the bedroom bright all night and limited sleep. Bed was comfortable but waterproof mattress covers are badly needed for cleanliness. We were switched to a different unit since our street level unit had no privacy from street. The new unit was lovely but had not been cleaned and no coffee added. I disinfected all surfaces with Clorox wipes and the wipes were dirty when done. We wore slippers inside or else our feet would be dirty. Love love the digital checkin and keyless stay! We were later told this site was newly opened so that explains a lot of the issues, except the cleaning one. We will come back and give them another try; we now know to bring coffee and other comfort items next time. Hopefully the windows will have better coverage for sleep.

As noted above didn’t care for: apartment wasn’t cleaned properly; Supply coffee or let guests know ahead of time to bring their own, there were no stores downtown to purchase; no mattress cover; no extra blankets/throws; our unit only had a sofa, needed a chair; Need a large doormat at lobby entrance, the rain/leaves/etc was tracked in making a huge mess there. The concept is great, it just needs some tweaking. Good luck!

the place was beautiful. I had the 3 bedroom and it was gorgeous. You could live there ! Huge closets, wonderful bedding. Full kitchen (might provide some sugar, creamer for the coffee next time)

only complaint was that there were no blinds on the windows. I was in the downstairs unit so it looked right out on the parking lot and you could see in the unit. I didn't feel comfortable sitting in the living room at night because you could see everything !
