Good overall. Found hair in tub but everything else was amazing

Fire alarm went off at 7:30 AM. Staff said it was a false alarm and it happens all the time.

Checked in around 8pm. The desk clerk acted like I was bothering her. There were 5 long black hairs on the bathroom floor and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Had to shower with shampoo. The kleenex box was empty too. Otherwise a pretty nice place as most Holiday Inn Expresses are.

There was a dirty wash rag in the shower when we checked in and dirt all over the bathroom floor. Gross! Pretty sure the batheoom hadnt been cleaned!
I booked a room with 2 QUEEN beeds....they are only Full size at best.

This hotel canceled my reservation while I was traveling with my child. Thankfully Hotels.com called me. The Holiday Inn Express said someone with a rewards card needed the room so they cancelled my reservations. Hotels.com found another hotel for me, but I will never stay at Holiday Inn Express again. Especially in Ankeny Iowa along I 35.

Kelsey was delightful when we checked in late. The hotel is very new and very clean. Everything and I mean everything was very clean and fresh. We slept great. I LOVED that we had ample towels in our room! I am so thankful! I hate hotels that ration our towels.
If I had one complaint and it’s minor, I am light sensitive and the flashing light of the smoke alarm or sprinkler was annoying and did wake me from time to time.

We never stayed there, a terrible snowstorm csme in and we were unable to travel. Called to see about a refund or credit snd the answer was no because it was a non-refundable purchase. There was no compromise

There was almost no snow removal in the parking lot and i has to be careful where i parked so that my car would not be stuck in the snow. There was no snow removal even under the car port or sidewalk. The snow was from the night before and it had been packed down. The bed was not very tidy and the bed skirt was slightly off on one side. The sheets and mattress pad where not smooth. The snack shop had minimal options and no beer or wine. The window heater was noisy and it woke me up every time it came on.
On a different note, the breakfast bar was well stacked and very good.

This was the perfect stop on our trip home from Branson. It was spacious, clean, quiet and a wonderful overnight stay.

New hotel. Sadly, we went down to use the hot tub and it didn’t have one. Just a pool and the water was pretty cool. Other than that, everything was nice and new! Easy biking distance to the High Trustle Trail, yet 25 mile bike ride to the High Trustle Bridge.

The hotel had a great location. It was clean, well-maintained, with spacius rooms and comfortable beds. This is what I have come to expect from Holidays Inns and have not been disappointed. The breakfast was not as good as other Holiday Inns I have stayed at.

Overall.very good. Will probably stay again. We noticed several areas where interior trim was missing…bottom of windows in dining area, window on 2nd floor. The pool lift was not installed. In a box outside the pool area? We asked someone how long they had been open and they said almost a year.

The hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. The stay was enjoyable as once we went to bed we heard not a peep. Also they now have shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower which was great . Breakfast was great and we would book this hotel again.

Very nice stay. Neat and clean. Modern styling. New place. Closer to the highway. Lot of nice dining options. Nice and fresh free breakfast options too.

We stayed here to go to Adventure land. It wss a 15 min drive. Lots of conveniences close by like shopping and restaurants. Nose level with traffic wasnt bad as it is tucked away from the hwy. Only complaint was there is another hotel being built close to this one and parking sucked. Especially at night with little kids.

First thing I'd like to say is thank you to the management, the staff at check in and check out was great. The room was very clean and had a nice layout also had a nice selection for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you

It was a nice place to stay. The individual who check me in was super. The other problem I ran into was with the t.v. It stopped working and didn't work the rest of the night.

Nice hotel! Room was spacious, liked the extra touches like a dimmer on the light switch by door as well as the furniture built ins. Fitness center was excellent, lots of equipment! Breakfast was above avg in selections. Would stay here again!
