Staff was wonderful and Inn was very clean with comfortable rooms.

Property needs updating and cleaning. Not much located close by and the area rolls up around 7PM.

Breakfast was just OK; big issue was non-refundable room payment.

Everything was fantastic!!!! The room was even nicer than the pictures, and we had an absolutely delicious breakfast every morning. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else! It’s a bit farther from Bar Harbor but absolutely worth the drive.

Our room at Elsa's was lovely! Very comfortable and a lovely view. Gail was our host and was very accommodating. The bed linens were high quality and so pretty. Breakfast was also delicious!

This is a nice B&B if you decide to stay on Perfect Harbor during your Acadia visit. The host is very friendly and accomodating, ensuring you have a pleasant stay. Breakfast was fresh and hot. You can see the lighthouse right from the porch.

This place is located at a perfect location. Thanks to Gale's kind advise, we experienced the nature beauty in peace without any need to visit Bar Harbor. Breakfast was perfect, especially the Maine Brown Bread. I found it a bit pricy, but I suppose Bar Harbor would have been more expensive.

Vintage property with vintage furnishings. Akin to staying in Grandmas house. Very congenial and helpful staff. Delicious homemade breakfast.

Stayed at Elsa's to be able to drive to Acadia and dont regret it. You can see the sunrise over the bay as the lobster boats set sail in the morning. The staff was super friendly and helpful in providing tips about the area. Breakfast was delicious and looked made from scratch!!! Room was cozy and well kept.

I felt like i was home as soon as we stepped into the house. We were greeted warmly. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I felt like i was visiting a family member. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much, and especially appreciated the helpful advice on things to see and do in the area. The view overlooking the harbor was beautiful, the room was lovely (a very comfortable bed!), and there were lots of thoughtful amenities. We would come back if in the area again.

Elsa was warm and happy to share special places to see and hike and eat. We found her very accommodating and eager to make sure we were comfortable. She also made a great breakfast.

If you"re looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable B&B, this is the place! It's located away from traffic and crowds but an easy commute by car or ferry to many well known Main attractions. The room was cute and cozy yet spacious and the home cooked breakfast was delicious! Gail, the hostess, was so friendly and helpful! Would highly recomnend and will definitely return!!

Without question, Elsa's was the highlight of our trip.

Had a quick overnight trip up to Maine and crossed paths with Elsa’s INN! Very thankful to have a private room and private door access, helps when waking up early or returning later in the evenings. Elsa was inviting welcoming us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed and informative with what’s happening in the area! This INN is located right across the street from the ocean, in the mornings you can sit on the beautiful deck with a fresh cup of coffee, watch the humming birds and the boats leaving the harbor, a perfect start to your mornings in Maine! Booking was easy and hospitality provided was unmatched. I look forward to visiting again!

Quaint B&B with super hosts!!

Our host, Gail, was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was comfortable, pleasing and well appointed. Breakfast included blueberry pancakes, who could ask for more. I’d recommend Elsa’s without hesitation.

Elsa's is a hidden gem. Ocean facing with beautiful views of the fishing harbor and lighthouse, Elsa's is also perfectly situated for visiting nearby Schoodic peninsula in Acadia National Park. I only stayed a night, but it felt like a mini vacation. The Inn has charming ambiance, my room was comfortable and immaculate, and Gail was a fantastic host! While you are there, don't miss Chase's for a great fish dinner.
