The unit was very clean, convenient, and generally quiet.

Very pleased with this property! It was such a good find! The apartment was clean and in a really convenient area, buses pulling up just across the road and a train station literally 5 minutes away. Lots to do surrounding the property, restaurants, shopping. I highly recommend!

Overall, we did enjoy our stay here. First and foremost, this place was overall pretty clean but there was what appeared to be black mold growing along the inner edge of the shower. This is extremely concerning and I hope it is addressed before new travelers come in. Otherwise, the location is amazing. It was very central to all the spots (back bay, north end, fenway, etc.) so you're walking distance from basically anything. It was a cozy little spot, but the bathroom was a little too cozy for comfort. Not a major deal breaking point. Overall, it was a really great stay!!

The property asked me to deposit 300 USD which they promised they will return after 3 days of vacating the room. The money was deducted from my account during 2 nd day of my stay. When I asked the property to return my money after vacating the room, they said we did not deduct any amount. I have to send bank statements of my deductions and threaten for police complaint to get back my deposit money.

Very satisfactory for a modest 2 night stay. In my estimation it was reasonably priced in an unreasonably priced area. I slept there on a short busy business trip.

Close enough to everything to be convenient but far enough for the area to be quiet. The furniture/amenities/kitchenware adequate for stay and all functional. Can hear neighbours that share walls so some better soundproofing would improve guest experience.

The overall experience was average. Unfortunately there was a domestic incident in the building at 2:00am that drew the Boston Police in. We did not feel safe and had an uncomfortable and triggering experience. Barely slept the time we were here due to the high level of noise and disturbance.

They save money by having no on site staff or front desk, where does this savings go? Check in info is sent 24 before check in but if you need a room last minute it required multiple phone calls.
Also was thst chocolate or blood on the floor by the couch, size shape looks like chocolate but ..

Excellent location, easy for walking to nearby shopping, groceries, pharmacy. Subway nearby. It's in a beautiful neighborhood. One thing to keep in mind is that the floors and walls are nowhere near soundproof. The fire exit in my unit is a door into the next unit so you can hear every sound from that unit, even just average sound level conversation. Footsteps and voices are also audible from the unit above me. I will definitely be going back but next time will bring either a sound machine or earplugs for sleeping.

Easy check-in and clean, serviceable room-- though very close for two people. Bathroom particularly tight. Bed so-so. Closet door off its mounting. We found the amount of correspondence from booking site as well as from second and third parties cumbersome, and the deposit policy quite stern. Prepare to keep track of many messages from different sources.

This is a charming little spot. There are some small cosmetic maintenance issues that could be addressed (two toothpaste caps in the sink, dings in the paint, etc.). There is also no way to recycle or compost at this property.

Did not receive code in time for seamless check in. Had to call WiFi did not work the second day at all and it was difficult to reach anyone who could address this.

This is a great place to stay in Boston for a few days. Very clean. Maid service was extra so were extra towels or linens. My friend was cold and there were no extra blankets. On the good side, it was very walkable with the subway only a block away and it took us everywhere, even Salem.a lot of good restaurants nearby as well
