Check in was easy and the place was really nice. Great view and plenty of space, the pool and hot tub were indoor and amazing as well. Would recommend and would return.

Gorgeous views! Nice, relaxing condo. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and well kept. The pool area was also nice. We will stay here again.

Beautiful property but very poorly managed and total lack of communication. I had to call in with my debt card for incidentals and confirmed a two bedroom two bath but when we arrived 1 bedroom, 1 bed upstairs and a pull out couch with a tiny bathroom. We had two families so 4 adults and a 13 year old boy in a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. We contacted the number given and couldnt do anything about it. Make sure to confirm your condo. Otherwise quiet and beautiful. The cleaning was subpar and ended up having to clean and lysol everything and my son still got sick. The pull out bed was a joke and absolutely awful. Also dont follow GPS unless its google maps. Also be cautious on the road driving up and down. Gaitlinburg was very busy but it was Christmas. Still plan to park and walk.

3 washcloths , 3 bath towels, 1 kitchen hand towel for 3 night stay. Majority of the lamps the bulbs were burned out. No hot water pressure at all.

The unit could use updates

Get a small rental car, roads are tiny. Not ideal during Icy or snowy weather !
