We had a full house with grandparents and two families with their kids ages 8 months to 15 year old. The heated "Garage" with a pool table, ping pong and basketball free throw set kept the kids and adult entertained for hours. It was also a great place for the kids to change out of their wet snow clothes. We had 8 inches of new snow on Saturday and the kids had a great time sledding in the front yard. There are lots of beds and a huge family room/bedroom upstairs which gave the kids a great place to play inside while the adults and older kids relaxed in the living room downstairs. The well appointed eat-in kitchen is on the small side but we managed. The table only seats 8 but there are 3 bar height tables and chairs in the garage. The house does not have a dining room or space. The main floor of the house has one bedroom with a king bed. The main bathroom/laundry room is across the hall. Upstairs is the extra large family room with 4 twin beds and a bathroom. Half a level up (over the garage) there are 3 more bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and one with a king and a twin/full bunkbed with a trundle bed. Downstairs there is a totally separate apartment with no direct access to the main house. It has one bedroom with 2 queen beds. One quirk was the the front door only unlatched if you lifted on the handle. The house was very comfortable and we are hoping to go back next year!
