Good for short stays if you’re not too picky

The location is very good!! with a bit of flexibility, the apartment can work fine, especially for short stays or if you spend most of your time outside.

The “bed” is actually the sofa, with an uncomfortable mattress. Replacing it with a proper bed would be a big improvement. There were a lot of ANTS! I had to keep my suitcase on a table to avoid them, but I still found ants on the kitchen table. There was no dish soap provided, so I had to buy it myself. Towels and bed linens were quite old and had some stains. Considering the price of the apartment, a new set of linens would be appropriate.

In total I was very happy at Lesage Bis and my stay in Lorient!!!

The location was good. There was no breakfast but that's ok.

When I called to confirm my reservation the host did not find my reservation. I got a bit worried. After sending an sms it was ok and he confirmed. When I arrived the outside door was open. Also the following days I never found the door closed. There is a door code but people in the house left always the door open by day and night (maybe because there was no handle). Is that safe? The instructions to find the key were a bit unclear for me (in french). I had to call the host, he did not take the phone but luckyly sent me an sms in english and then I found the key.

Bien situe, prix.
