Pool was convenient and clean and building has a walk way that overlooks Duval St. Condos are located above a shopping center, parking was available for one car inside a locked large garage area under the condos beside the shopping center. The property management center was closed when we checked in and checked out - there was a locked cabinet for key pickup and a drop box for keys to be dropped off. Master bedroom and bath was good size - second bedroom and bathroom very small. TVs are small and outdated - 2 1/2 bathrooms was convenient. Internet was easy to use and secure.

The location was perfect. There was plenty of space for four adults. There were ample supplies (toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc) for our one week stay. The property was clean but could use some decor update and the floor boards on the lower balcony need attention. Overall we were pleased and would stay again.

Within walking distance of everything. Inside condo was clean and neat and had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a few inexpensive beach chairs for renter use. This condo was cute, well decorated, and super clean. It is nicely located so that one can park the car and walk or bike everywhere on Key West. The garage has one spot per condo and plenty of bike racks. It was a little tight but we managed with an SUV. Rent bikes, adult trikes, or scooters across the street. Management is located close and a quick phone call away. They sent someone fast for the quick fix for the dishwasher. We liked the balconies and used the kitchen a lot. The free bus stop is right out the door and across the street. It was clean and really nice! We used it to get us to Front Street so we could walk back among the shops and bars and restaurants some evenings. We will be looking for Duval Breeze on our next trip to Key West for sure!

We did rent a golf cart because one in our group had knee surgery a few weeks prior, but I think I would do it again regardless. The pool is smaller, but still a great place to cool off! I would however, not call this a 6 person unit - the pullout couch is extremely uncomfortable with bars poking you and you feel like your sleeping downhill. We tried sleeping the opposite way, but then there was a real bad bar poking you by doing so. I would blame it being just a pullout, but I have slept on several and none have ever been as bad as this one. We went and purchased an air mattress to sleep on for the rest of our stay after the first night. There were also ants in the unit. I found them first upstairs in the bathroom and then all over the table - we had purchased a berry turnover and had it in a closed container it came in and the last one was covered in ants. I did leave a note regarding the ants, so hopefully they will take care of that. Overall a great stay, once we got a good night's sleep.

That walk took us to CVS store where we could purchase pantry items, including milk, eggs etc. The decks had the sun on them in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The 2nd day we requested 2 fans to use and they promptly brought them. The pool is very nice!!! The property is extremely secure!! We truly have no complaints.

This place was in the fabulous location you could go walk down to the water walk down to Duval Street it was just absolutely amazing for that the rooms were hot I would recommend putting in portable AC units upstairs besides that I’d recommend it
