The kitchen was well stocked. There was some confusion initially about a missing fan remote but the weather was cool and we were comfortable with open windows. We could find only 5 beach towels, 3 beach chairs, and 3 beach umbrellas, one of which was bent and hard to use. Le Beach House is lovely and we would definitely return.

Our family of 6 had a great week long stay! The location was ideal - we enjoyed the beach every day and walking along 2nd Street to shop and get our daily coffee fix. The beds were very comfortable and we cooked several meals in with access to all the supplies needed. The front patio was lovely and provided extra outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather. Tina was very responsive and decorated the house very nicely! The appliances are all newer and in great condition. Overall a great house, perfect location and fantastic trip!

The location is perfect! The house was clean and perfect for my family to gather. Loved all the beach chairs provided & beach cooler! We have family in the area and it was great to gather with them at the VRBO on the front patio and grill out the night before we left. My only wish is there was a few more pans for cooking, jives that actually cut, more supplies of coffee, a few extra towels when staying 4 nights/5days. Don’t let that keep you from visiting this beautiful home. It won’t prevent us from returning but that is the reason for 4/5 overall rating. Overall loved the place and will be back!

From beginning of trip to end, the trip was very enjoyable. Check in easy, location great, communication quick and responsive. No complaints!

It was an amazing location that was in walking distance to the the Beach, 2nd street & only 25 minutes from Disneyland. The house was perfect for our teens to have their own bedrooms. Makes some meals at home or walk down to 2nd street. Neighbors are friendly. Tina was amazing on communication & accommodating. If we ever come back to Long Beach we would stay there again.

My husband and I -both CSULB grads- return to Belmont Shore every summer with our kids. We love the area, and this property is one of our new favorites. It's a spacious home with plenty of room for our six guests. Wonderful beds, well-appointed kitchen, comfy sectional and ample space in the dining room area for six. We enjoy cooking and it was easy to prepare meals and eat (and play games!) around the sizeable dining room table. The entire home is a nice combination of tasteful, modern updates while still maintaining some of its original charm. The front porch area is a nice play to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or evening cocktail. It is literally steps from the beach and a few blocks from wonderful 2nd street with its shops/boutiques/restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to any requests/questions. Don't hesitate to book this space. We will be back!

Close access to restaurants and beach 🏝️ Tina is super attentive. It was a nice stay. I will definitely say here again.

The home is actually better than it looked online. The beds were comfortable. The linens were pristine. The kitchen was nicely supplied. Tina answered quickly when I had a question and she was very nice.

the house is perfect for a family or group of friends . The kitchen was fully equipped and the 3 bedrooms had comfortable mattresses . The patio is in front of the house which is strange at first but you find yourself talking with all of the very pleasant dog walkers as they pass by on the sidewalk . All in all a very pleasant place. The owner was also pleasant and accessible.

House has everything you may need for your stay close to the beach, parking is a bit of a problem but mostly everything is at a walking distance, we love our stay and wish we can come back soon!!!!

Our stay here was outstanding! The house is inviting with a perfect location! My family of six adults was comfortable here. We all remarked about getting amazing sleep because the beds are so comfortable! We loved being able to walk to the beach and be in close proximity to bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Tina really helped us out great owner. Ready and ready to communicate with The area is great, we walked everywhere. Check out Naples area across the bridge really cool Italian design. 2nd Street had everything you need. The beach is right there and lots of action. Area seems very safe and people were friendly walking by.

We had a great vacation between Universal, Hollywood, Beverly Hills. Then staying at this beach house was so relaxing and fun We loved everything about the house and the location was spectacular! Highly recommended!!

Le Beach house is in an ideal location for a family getaway. The house is appointed with everything you need to feel at home. The town of Long Beach is a nice place to visit with lots of shops and restaurants and is close enough to Hollywood and Beverly Hills for a fun excursion. Tina Le is a great host. Great communication before and during our stay.

We had a short stay at this beautiful property in early March 2023 and wished we had more time there. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their property. The home is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal. The beach is just a few steps away and the shops and restaurants on Second Street are a just a few short blocks away. The owner, Tina, communicated with us to check in with us to see if we needed anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to the LA/Long Beach/Belmont Shores area.

We travel to this area several times a year to visit family in Seal Beach and Belmont Shore, and this was a perfect spot for our family of five adults. It's ideally situated near the beach and all the restaurants and shops on 2nd Street. The home had everything we needed, including stuff to make a big family meal. The rooms were comfortable -- we felt at home!

Excellent experience with renting the property. All went smoothly

The property is very nice and clean and in a highly desirable location! Tina is a lovely host and is super easy to reach when necessary. The home was everything the pictures showed and the listing is accurate. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. One thing to note, parking can be a little tricky due to the area but it wasn’t a dealbreaker in the slightest.

Before booking this property, I read all of the reviews and researched the area. Ultimately, I booked Tina’s home because it is so close to the beach and it was so charming. The home did not disappoint and neither did Tina. She was super responsive and friendly. After flying in from Maryland on an early morning flight, we were all exhausted. I reached out to ask Tina if we could check in a bit early. Fortunately her home was already ready and she kindly obliged our request. So grateful for that! The home is as described and our family of 5 appreciated the comfortable space and conveniences that were provided. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and the shower had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, spices, and cutlery. Couch is super comfy and the beds were too. Because it’s a chilly time of year, we did need the heat because it got cold quickly. Not an issue though, just something to note if you visit during this time of year. There are nice sized tvs in the family room and downstairs bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms don’t have tv’s so just bring your laptops if your family watches a lot of tv/movies. The neighborhood is quiet and you can see the water from the front lawn. So beautiful. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Simmzys on 2nd St. and really appreciated the walkability of the area. Everything you need is closeby. Will definitely rent again when in the area. Thank you Tina!
