This property is in a great location and you could walk to the end of the block to see the sunset! Unfortunately it rained a lot over the weekend so we were in the house more than we usually are in our rentals. This being said we noticed a lot of things that needed attention that would have made our stay better. Example, there were no screens on the windows so we couldn't open them for the cross breeze or you would attract flies and there were A LOT of dead flies in the house. There were other things that would have been simple fixes if the time and care was put into it. It's a cute house that has so much potential!

We loved our stay at this adorable cottage! Perfect for couples, small groups, and families. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need, close to the beach and a short bike ride to downtown Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Absolutely perfect for a quintessential Martha's Vineyard experience. A must stay!

Great Oak Bluffs cottage. Property is conveniently located and very clean. Jamie was very responsive and helpful. Amenities came in handy for beach trips and we very happy with our stay. Thank you Jamie! Martha’s Vineyard is beautiful.

A pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood, walkable/bikable to Oak Bluffs town. We didn’t bring our car, but was right behind bike trail and ride shares were available as needed. Nice front yard that was good for some family soccer games. Jaimie was very responsive - all around great stay.

Very nice place. Great communication and easy process

The cottage was really cute and clean. The lowest level provided a space for the kids to hang out. The outdoor shower is beautiful and Jamie was extremely responsive .
