We travelled all the way from the UK to explore this region, and we chose this property because it was perfectly located in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a little paradise. The five villas are beautifully arranged facing each other around a spotless swimming pool, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. This is one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed at. Everything was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully designed, and set in a beautiful countryside location that was both relaxing and convenient. The facilities, amenities, and level of service were outstanding—easily deserving a 10+ rating. Another reason we chose this property was the secure on-site parking. For guests travelling from abroad, having a safe place to leave the car throughout the stay is always a major consideration, and this property provided exactly that. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality holiday experience.

Absolutely charming villas right in the heart of a lovely village by Lake Köyceğiz. They have everything needed for comfortable living. Brand-new appliances, everything for washing and ironing, cooking, a dishwasher, and a large, convenient fridge. Each room has a modern air conditioner, so the villa stays comfortable in any weather—even if you visit off-season when it's cool. Inside the villas, it's incredibly spacious, with a huge living area and a roomy bathroom. What's especially important is the top-notch cleaning; it feels like you're staying in a spotlessly clean place. Each villa has its own terrace with a table and grill area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped featuring a heated pool with impeccably clean water — the hosts check and maintain its quality daily — and an orange grove, whose fruits the hosts use to welcome guests. One of the hosts, Peter, greeted us and was always there to help — a very pleasant and caring man who stayed in touch, offered advice about the area, provided everything we asked for, and delighted us every day with his friendliness and hospitality. The stay includes an absolutely fantastic breakfast prepared by the villa staff. It's so delicious and abundant that during our time there, we never ate lunch anywhere else—the breakfast was enough for two meals, both breakfast and lunch. It was here that we first tried and fell in love with menemen—a Turkish dish made with eggs and vegetables, a wonderful alternative to the usual scrambled eggs. Special mention goes to the excellent, convenient covered parking for guests — super practical and comfortable. One of the best places we've stayed in Turkey; it combines the perks of renting your own home with the care and comfort of a good-class hotel. We'll definitely return if we're in the region again.

Absolutely no issues

A very beautiful place. Everything has been thought of and you have everything you need for an amazing stay. I challenge anyone to not like this venue. The hosts and all the staff are friendly abd helpful. The breakfasts, served to your villa, are wonderful.

Inmitten der Natur, abgeschieden und dennoch alles in einer 10 minütigen Umgebung erhältlich. Die Villa ist sensationell ausgestattet in der Küche und im Bad. Handtücher für das Haus und den Pool werden gestellt. Jeden Morgen ein sensationelles Frühstück bei dem unsere Präferenzen abgefragt wurden. Das ganze Team ist darauf bedacht allen Gästen eine schöne Zeit zu ermöglichen. Nach 9 Tagen war es so, als müsse man die Familie verlassen. Herzlichen Dank.
