ROYAL SUITES - PORT BARTON

The property was in a really central location but still felt tucked away from the main strip of beach bars. We were surprised with a free room upgrade to a luxury suite, which was incredibly spacious, clean and felt very luxurious. The staff were exceptional and made us feel so welcome and like really special guests throughout our stay. The pool facilities were also lovely – we spent an entire day relaxing there before exploring Port Barton in the evening. It was also a really nice touch that they offered us a free tuk-tuk to the bus terminal when we left. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend!

La posizione è un pò fuori Port Barton, anche se a piedi si arriva sia ai ristoranti che alla spiaggia. L'hotel è bellissimo, lo staff molto gentile. Buona la colazione, con ampia scelta.

Non ho dato 10 solo perchè non hanno Bar nè Ristorante - se non per la colazione. E' vero che i prezzi del frigobar sono i più bassi che abbia mai visto ... ma una struttura di questo livello dovrebbe avere la possibilità di mangiare o bere qualcosa senza dover uscire.

It was clean, everything was immaculate from the gardens, pool and the rooms. The staff were amazing. So friendly, helpful, efficient and so welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and kind, and the mattress was comfortable. The A/C was good, the location is good, it was quiet at night. A big benefit is the access to a normal washing machine, which is difficult to find while travelling.

The internet was not working at all in our room. The wifi at the pool area was okay, but it was not helpful as it’s not possible to work from the pool area. Overall, it is rather a basic accommodation that does provide the value for money. The rooms are simple, and the breakfast is limited to basic options. In our experience, the price is unreasonably high for the standard provided. During our time in Palawan, we stayed in several places that offered a significantly better standard for this price range.
