Location only 5 minutes walk from Syntagma square metro. Clean and tidy apartment

Clean, excellent and safe location in Syntagma near quality shops, hotels and restaurants. It looks like a very recently renovated apartment. About 10 minutes from Plaka. Only 5 minutes from the express bus to the airport which runs 24 hours so I felt safe and secure leaving the property at 5am to catch my flight. About 7 minutes from Syntagma station so getting to other parts of Athens was easy. The communication was excellent and speedy. The price was quite good.

This is minor but I would prefer a bigger shower with no curtain but having said that, the bathroom was otherwise new and clean. No balcony but this was reflected in the really competitive pricing and isn't really necessary in downtown Athens

The the property was great. The location was amazing right next to the shopping center next to a lot of restaurants and main metro station.

The apartment was well located in the city, close to public transport, easy to and from airport, of sufficient size and spotlessly clean with mostly newer furnishings. Loved the pillows; got to get some for me. The owner was very nice. Allowed me a later check out due to it was raining. Over all, for most people it would deserve a high rating.

The apartment is very hard to find given that Google maps don't show it's correct location or how to access it. The owner had to navigate me in after I texted him to confirm the location. Thankfully he was on property. I could not get a hot (thankfully at least it was warm) shower for more than a few seconds at a time and continuously had to adjust the temperature until it reached its maximum (still warm). This probably had to do with the water heater purposely shutting off when I left the apartment as I was instructed to push a button to start the heater each time I returned. And given the lateness of my returns, I could only allow about 30 minutes for the water to heat before showering. And after 25,000 steps each day exploring Athens, a shower was truly required. Personal quirk, I know, but you asked... Also, the mattress was far too soft and I woke up each morning with a bad back ache... So, both the beginning and end of my days there were less than pleasant. Otherwise, it was great!
