The friendliness of the staff at the restaurant and reception was good.
Lillian and Tendai at the restaurant were very nice.
The indoor pool was clean and the set up of the glamping room was good. The massages at the spa were well priced and good.
The breakfast was good and a nice variety.
The glamping room 3 had an odd odour. The smell from the animals were quite strong and not pleasant and often also smelt in the rooms.
Spider webs on the outdoor shower and the tiles in the outdoor shower was not cleaned. The toilet also had an odour and was not cleaned well.
The outdoor pools and slides were not maintained well and were dirty.
The change rooms at the indoor pool need someone to regularly mop as the floors were wet and had hair all over the floor on both occasions that I went in.
The resort should consider including some of the activities in the cost of the stay. The activities are quite expensive and add up quickly when you have a family.
Maybe also include a soccer court or other sports as there is only paddle available.
