This has been one of my favorite VRBO rentals to date. The pictures don't do it justice...the house is stunning. But I think what takes this house over the top is the "feel" of it. There are friendly notes throughout the house which adds to the comfort. The owner truly cares about your stay.
The furniture and beds were dreamy comfortable. We had the worst weather possible for southwest Florida, but the house saved the trip. The hot tub was amazing, the outdoor TV and fire pit were appreciated for our football playoff games.
I would not hesitate to rent this beautiful space again when I come back to the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made you feel so at home.

Our extended family of eight stayed at Eight Palms over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is beautiful and well appointed, The outdoor area is spacious, serene and private. As the weather was a bit cool and cloudy during our stay we spent a lot of our outdoor time in the fabulous hot tub. Inside, the house offered plenty of space for everyone and is great for entertaining with the open concept kitchen/living area, big screen TV was great for all the holiday weekend d football games. The master suite was so comfortable and spacious - loved the giant shower and relaxing tub. Every room is decorated beautifully! And the owners are just lovely. Cynthia was friendly and very responsive before, during and after our stay. We would definitely rent again if we head to Punta Gorda in the future.

This house had EVERYTHING we needed and even some things we didn,t know we would need! From the comfortable rooms to the pool/hot tub, this house did not disappoint. The owners were very responsive in addressing any issues we had. The amenities were numerous! We will definitely be returning.

We chose to make Punta Gorda the location of our annual family gathering. We couldn't have picked a better home and location. The home and property had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Cynthia was fantastic and very responsive to our questions. We will recommend this home to our family and friends.

This property is BEAUTIFUL and so well kept up. The owners are extremely sweet and understanding. We had an amazing time with friends and it was a kid friendly house which can be hard to find! So much space for everyone and was so so clean! We will definitely be staying here again!! My husband and his friends also really enjoyed fishing the canal that butts up to the house. The location is wonderful. We can’t say enough good things!

We were looking for a place on the water with a boat lift, pool, outdoor living and a one story home for our annual family vacation. This was perfect! Such a beautiful, clean place to stay. It felt like we had our own private resort! Owners were easy to reach and helped with anything we needed. We definitely look forward to coming back in the future!

We can’t say enough good things about this amazing home and our trip to Punta Gorda. Beautiful furnishings, well appointed, more beautiful than photographed. Hosts were so very accommodating and responsive. Wonderful neighborhood, pool, hot tub, patio area were so relaxing. Great girls getaway. Can’t wait to come back.

So, at first we were told (on the way there) that the hot tub wasn’t working as of that day. That was a huge problem for us. But, the manager got on it and got people out there who fixed it and it was working later that night. They were very responsive if we needed anything.
The property is perfect. Roomy, so cute and tons of space. It was me and my husband, out 6 kids, including 2 newborn twins. Everything was so clean and organized.
The pool and hot tub were so nice and warm and clean! The private backyard space was so nice and we all had a ton of fun. I loved the electric pool cover that was easy enough for the kids to work so we could close it each time we were done swimming. We even grilled one night.
We would def stay again and have already shared the property listing with friends and fam.

The online pictures don't do this property justice. The house is in a great location, close to RSW and a short drive from downtown Punta Gorda and the Fisherman's Village area. The house hows all the amenities that you could want and then some. The pool and spa were wonderful and the outdoor space is great. We kayaked with the onsite kayaks and rented a boat to take advantage of the nearby islands. Just under an hour to Cayo Costa on a pontoon boat. We had a great week. Cynthia was easy to communicate with and was willing to share her knowledge of the area. Thanks Cynthia and Mac for a great vacation.

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving family gathering. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and there was plenty of room for us to serve and eat around the dining room table. The house was spacious and extremely comfortable for eight adults and one child. The lanai/pool area was large and a nice place to spend time enjoying the day/evening in the pool or sitting around the fire pit. The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this beautifully appointed home.
