This house was perfect our weekend away. Its fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Its a short ride to Santa's Village, Clark's Bears, and Hobo Railroad. I highly recommend checking out Littleton Freehouse while in the area. The welcome book is a nice touch as it provided many ides on things to do in the surrounding area if you aren't already familiar. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay again for our next trip.

the house is a ranch in a small residential neighborhood on the outskirt of Littleton. It is situated on flat land with nice little backyard accessible by a small back porch. The interior of the house is recently renovated with neat and clean features. The main heat is provided by central air handling unit that is quite loud and jarring as cycling is unpredictable. Auxilliary heat is provided by heat pump wall uniit whioch ia silent and provides good steady heat. Altogether the house is comfortable heat wise. The single bathroom consists of a steel tub and plastic show surround fitted with a plastic shower curtain which requires extra care to keep the floor dry. The toilet is a tiny round front unit with a painted wooden seat. It does the job but one wonders why anyone would choose round front over elongated bowl. Just me perhaps. It is all very clean. Soap is provided by very cool eco friendly foaming pumps in both kitchen and bath. The "soap" smells delightful and works well. The kitchen has nice looking dishes and coffee mugs. It has a K pod coffee maker and we found a supply of coffee and pods in pretty glass jars. Very hospitable. The owner seems to be putting a good foot foraward to provide a clean fun place to stay. The stove is electric (coils not glass top so it would be some work to keep clean) - we declined to try cooking there since there was no range vent. A vent is really a must and one that vent to the exterior is of course the only vent worth installing, The kitchen and living area are open to each other divided by a long butcher block counter height table fitted with nice semi high chairs. Very fun to sit at. There is a large flat TV neatly hung on the wall (no exposed wires). The TV has everything on it (Netflix, Amazon, Samsung TV, Tubi etc . . .). The bed I slept on was a bit too firm for my old beat up carcass. Perhaps that's a preference thing. It has vinyl sheet directly under the sheet makes some crackling noise - I suppose it is there for sanitary purposes but perhaps that can be done differently. In general, it is a nice spot for us and I am happy to plan to returning, the Owner is very friendly and responsive.

House has everything we needed for our stay. Location is great as it is within walking distance to o Main Street. Hosts were fantastic!

We had a nice stay in Littleton - the place was very clean and had everything we needed for a quick weekend visiting family.

4 Upland hunters and their dogs stayed here we were all very comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided or close by. We defiantly have this house down for a return trip.

The place was very clean and neat, easy check in. We noticed the night we checked in that the water tank was leaking. We texted the hosts in the morning and within 2 hours, there was a new water tank installed and we even received a gift card to a local restaurant for the inconvenience. Great service and overall a great place in a prime location for what we were looking for.

This clean and cozy home was set in the perfect location for us! We so appreciated all the amenities in the kitchen! Lots of cookware and utensils, seasonings, and cute coffee, tea, and hot chocolate selections for the Keurig! The kitchen set up was perfect for cooking and enjoying conversation from the living room.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to downtown Littleton, in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and inviting. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. Our questions were answered quickly and the hosts kept in contact and wanted us to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this house.

Very nice place situated close to Littleton town center. The house is clean and well equipped and Douglas was very quick to respond. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely return!

This house was perfect for our family including our dog. Plenty of room, great kitchen. Douglas was wonderful, we have left something behind and he had sent to to us the next day! Truly a wonderful stay.

We (a group of PhD students and our dogs) enjoyed a perfect weekend getaway in this lovely home. Doug is an excellent host - he was very responsive and offered helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The home is cozy, clean, well stocked with thoughtful amenities (such as portable fans, dog waste bags, an outdoor grill, and even Keurig coffee and tea pods), and located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Littleton. We especially enjoyed spending an evening in the spacious yard around the outdoor fire pit. While our main purpose for staying in Littleton was to access the nearby peaks, we were pleasantly surprised by how charming the town is - we explored local food and drink offerings at the farmer's market, enjoyed high quality craft beers and wood-fired pizza at Schilling Beer Co., and spent an afternoon exploring the vibrant shops downtown. We can't recommend this stay enough - thank you for a lovely weekend away!

We loved this mountain home and look forward to staying again soon! Very charming, clean and comfortable home, much thought was put into the amenities and it is equipped with almost everything you could possibly need. The location was incredibly convenient to all area attractions, easy access to hiking, swimming, dining, shopping and more - fabulous! This home is perfect for families, groups of friends or a romantic weekend getaway! Being able to bring our four legged family members was one of the deciding factors that sold us on renting this property - what more could you ask for?
