Lekker rustig, aan zee gelegen, kleinschalig. Ruime kamer met keuken, tafeltje, koffiemaker. Mochten vervroegd inchecken.

Airco maakte iets lawaai. Lage waterdruk douche. Kussens dun en vlokkerig.

Emplacement super. Piscine agréable. Check-in à midi car notre chambre était prête ! Environnement joli et agréable. Frigo, micro-onde et glace à disposition.

The location was great! The room was clean! Quiet. Was close to the highway, but you couldn't hear it.

There was little water pressure on the 2nd floor. It was hard to wash your hair. If there had been more than 2 people, there were not enough utensils (only 2 forks) or dishware. Couldn't get in the pool when we arrived on the weekend. Appeared to be more people in the pool than staying in the hotel/RV park.

The property was very clean and staff so friendly. It’s not the Ritz but it’s the perfect the way it is. So clean! Great Beachy Vibe to start the vacay!

I love the layout of the property and all of the things that guests can do. It is not just a motel but also an RV park, small marina with fish cleaning station, kayak rental, and pool. I love this place even though we were limited on time due to a vehicle emergency. Because people do live in the RV park during certain times of year (summer vacation/winter home), it has a tight-knit feel and everyone is friendly.

The office closes at 5pm, Booking.com does not take this into consideration and we almost didn't get a room. The property manager was amazing and so was the maintenance man for giving us a room after hours.

Nice accomodations

The room and bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked fine.

The only thing lacking was a place to hang clothing in our room 101. There were no hooks or a closet with hangers.

The room was very nice and clean

After a long hot day of exploring key West and then attending a baseball game when we arrived back to the room at 11:30pm we had no water so we were unable to shower or use the restroom. We were without water until almost check out time.

Loved being able to sit in the back area just enjoying the water and watching nature. very relaxing. The pool was nice and kept clean. Sharon who worked I. the office was wonderful ! Also the Peruvian woman was so sweet and helpful to us.

Clean , convenient location, great pool.

No hot water in shower - cold was hot, hot was cold! Trickle of water from bathroom sink. Kitchen sink wouldn’t drain! The ONLY GOOD THING was the bed! AND NOT WORTH $400 a night!!!

Sharon & John went above and beyond in solving a couple of problems we had.

Had to drive for our evening meal.

we had a wonderful experience. Sharon gave us places to visit Castaways, which is awesome, fresh fish every day, the Turtle hospital they do a terrific job caring & releasing the turtles well worth the visit, & of course Key west. We spent 2 days there. Jimmie Buffet was visiting. the room was the best, very clean, & everything we needed.
