Location, spaciousness, clean and comfortable. Also generous with amenities.

The water pressure in the shower is weak and the rooms need more light. In 2 rooms there were only lamps and they were not sufficient.

Cristina, our host, had amazing communication and the details of how to locate the apartment and they keys were perfect. The location is a few minutes from the Rialto bridge, perfect when arriving by water taxi. The location is also perfect for reaching everywhere in the centre of Venice. The apartment is much larger than expected! So much space everywhere and very clean. The outside temperature in Venice was about 24° so we didn’t need heating or fans, and the temperature was perfect. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Clean towels, bedding and soaps provided too. I must reiterate how AMAZING Cristina is as a host. She’s on WhatsApp to communicate with any questions or needs you have. You can definitely feel safe and trust your good host here.

These are NOT complaints, but things to be aware of. You do have to go up a couple of flights of stairs, but wasn’t an issue for us aged 40-70 from the UK The shower takes a while to heat up. But does get there eventually.

Convenient to everything

Location was nice right next to the Rialto stop.

I made a mistake on my end to not notice it didn’t have air condition, that was my fault. But do not stay here in the summer!!!!! They had fans but that was not sufficient. Also, I’m uncertain the place was cleaned before we stayed, there was hair on the shower walls, and bathroom surfaces were not clean, and all white towels were not white, and smelled of mildew. The apartment was large but there were so many separate areas that the air was stagnant and could not circulate.
