The house is very beautifully decorated, located in a quiet and relaxing area. Attention to details was given, everything was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I particularly loved the way the hosts welcomed us (with homemade local food, fresh fruits and water in the fridge, bread, wine and local raki) and provided everything we needed during our holiday, from ammenities to great recommendations. Communication was excellent. When we left they also offered us surprise gifts, and we wish we could have stayed longer. The following days we went to Chania into another location and was dissapointed, after staying here at Rose it is hard to find something as good :) Thank you!

Everything was perfect. The location is about 20 mins walk from the local beach (Mavros Molos) but for us was not an issue as we loved the walk (and that beach also is quite nice)

The hospitality was extraordinary. We really enjoyed the warm and friendly contact to our hosts (and their cute little dog). At any time, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The appartment was spacious enough for a family. Our kids loved the rooftop terrace, which was great for reading, playing or late-summer evening barbequeing. All in all, we would have rated the Rose Residence at "11", if this option would exist on booking ;-)

We went to Kissamos in summer 2020 and were very pleased with Rose Residence. The house and large flat absolutely matched the beautiful photos, so did the well-equipped roof terrace (including the view). We were greeted by Triantafyllia's parents, who gave us the key, explained everything and had traditional cretan Boureki as a welcome gift for us (they even cooked for us two more times during our 2-week-stay, just wow, we really didn't expect that. Not to mention the spiced cretan Raki that waited for us). The house is located on the hills, you can walk to Kissamos beach in about 20 minutes (we recommend Plaka Beach Restaurant, where you can order drinks and food directly to your sunbed). Kissamos is not overly touristic (at least it wasn't when we were there, during Covid19) and a good base for exploring the west of Crete with a rental car. The flat is absolutely great, every room has its own balcony, the air-conditioning (you really need it in summer) and the Wi-Fi working well... we really had nothing to complain and would definitely recommend Rose Residence to our friends.
