Staff were super nice and accomadating, even gave us free samples of local chocolates. Fantastic vibe and environment, lots of eats around the area and super close to the train station which was very convenient. Air conditioning blows as cold as you want and the room and building itsself had a super cool and cozy vibe. Overall a fantastic place, me and my friend had a 14 day trip where we stayed at 4 different locations and this one was by far the best despite being quite cheap in my opinion.
Dont really have much to say for this there were some small things but I dont want nitpicks to water down just how much I would recommend this place.

This is an absolutely fantastic location and super great value for your money. Owners are fantastic. It is an older building so expect the usual with older Japanese buildings, but for that price and location and the owners I can't recommend it enough.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cute and facilitated a good place to come back to after a long day of exploring. We would definitely book again if we come back to Tokyo.
Honestly I can think of anything the stay was great.

La signora proprietaria è gentilissima e la posizione è ottima.
. La struttura è vecchia, con tantissima roba che andrebbe buttata o rinnovata. il rapporto qualità prezzo non è dei migliori soprattutto perché non vi sono docce in camera (e persltro la mia camera era l'umica con il wc). C'è di meglio.
