Appartamento arredato con 2 camere da letto, due bagni, cucina, soggiorno e grande terrazza esposta a sole a sud-est, con la mattina e si affaccia sui giardini di urbanizzazione e piscina. Ideale per una vacanza tranquilla, isolata dai rumori esterni. Ha tutti gli elettrodomestici e utensili. Qualsiasi nuovo. Avere un garage nel seminterrato. Il complesso dispone di 4 piscine e 2 campi da paddle, ed è molto tranquilla. Si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi supermercati e altri negozi, banche, ristoranti, spiagge, porto turistico, golf. E 'perfetto per le vacanze in famiglia.

We (a couple, age: mid-twenty) had a wonderful week this september. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We didn't hear many noise from the neighbours. The whole complex was very beautiful and not crowded. The flat is located on the first floor so that the balcony is not that visible. You have a well equiped kitchen and bedroom, a nice living room with tv and a dvd-player, one bathroom with a shower and one with a bath tub. But you need to bring some towels, because there are only two available.
The owners were very friendly and helpful and answered quickly to our questions. Furthermore the garage was useful for our rented car. Sabinillas has a very nice beach, so we had a wonderful holiday.

For our holiday we stayed three weeks in this apartment. It is clean, provided with all kinds of comforts and it is roomy enough to live there comfortably with four adults. The correspondence with the owners is via mail which goes very well. The owners did everything in their power to make it as comfortable as possible for us. The apartment looks great and is ideal if you don't want to live in a typical holiday resort!

Het vakantiehuis was erg mooi. We zijn er 3 weken geweest met 4 volwassenen. Het is voorzien van alle comfort, zoals wasmachine, vaatwasser, strijkijzer, enz. Het vakantiehuis is netjes en schoon. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en zullen je bij alles helpen per mail. Alles zag er als nieuw uit. Het appartement is dicht bij het strand en er zit een grote supermarkt om de hoek. Het is mogelijk om internet te ontvangen, echter is dit wel alleen dicht bij het zwembad (vanaf het terras van het appartement is er ook bereik). Voor de mensen die van cultuur houden is een huur auto aan te raden. Het complex is voorzien van een ondergrondse parkeergarage.
Dit huis is zeker een aanrader!
