Splendida casa colonica nel chianti a 15 minuti da Firenze immersa nel verde con un panorama che domina tutta la valle circostante; è obbligatorio rilassarsi e vi riempirete gli occhi con tutto quello di bello che la toscana sa offrire e saremo lieti di consigliarvi tutto il necessario per immergervi totalmente in questa amata terra.La posizione è molto strategica essendo molto vicina a Firenze, circa 20 minuti in macchina, Greve in Chianti dista 15 minuti, Radda in chianti e Volpaia a circa 25 minuti; Il famoso campo da golf Dell ' Ugolino è a 5 minuti di macchina; Siena dista solamente 45 minuti con una bellissima strada panoramica e suggestiva; possiamo proporvi itinerari unici e di interesse storico, anche itinerari molto rari essendo amanti del trekking e della natura. La casa è molto ben fornita e vi potrete trovare tutto quello che avete bisogno;è su due livelli è di 140 mq con salotto , cucina e due camere matrimoniali, il tutto arredato con gusto e in stile rigorosamente toscano

Sorbeto it’s a beautiful spacious property with incredible views of vineyards from the garden.Mattia is an excellent host. We were delayed on Easter, but he still met us and welcomed us warmly. We would stay here again on our next visit to Tuscany. We stayed at a time when the nights were cool and the days were warm. Inside stayed very cool. Two things that I would note are first, if it is cool and you turn the heat on, there is a cost that isn’t insignificant and second, there was a moka pot, but it was very small and difficult to make coffee for more than one person. Those are small things for an otherwise beautiful property.

Beautiful place great facility however both bedrooms are upstairs with JACK and Jill bathroom. 30 minutes from Florence 10 minutes from our venue great location Inpruneta was beautiful close with a grocery. Definitely needed a car for transportation.

We stayed for a week. We were not prepared for the house to be so cold. We had to wear jackets inside because there was no heat and the structure is stone and tile. I’ve given the pros and cons of the property below.ProsBeautiful yards Beautiful views Fully outfitted kitchenWashing machine Comfortable bed Located in a rural area Parking is easy QuietClose to small town Cons- If I had known about these we definitely would not have stayed there Black mold through out the house including the bedroom No toasterThe furniture looked like throw away pieces. Antiques are one thing but not like they were right out of the barn.Plaster coming off the walls The sofa was so worn I needed 2 pillows to sit on. Very cold and we were not informed if the fireplace was available for use. We had to wear our jackets inside.The Only bathroom is upstairs The bathroom was between the bedrooms and it has two steps up. Which is problematic during the night.
