Stairs

We love our stay here. It's centrally located and there are good restaurants and stores nearby. We came in late at night and a driver picked us up from the airport in a nice clean car. Jaye booked our tickets to the Tianmen Mountain and the Avatar attraction while I was still in US. Both Jaye and Lucain were very helpful. We always get a bottle of water every time we come back from our day trips. The room is spacious and the bathroom is nice with hot shower/shampoo/bath soap/clean towels. The bed is comfy with nice sheets, pillow and blanket. We were in the 3rd floor with easy steps. I like that they have a fridge at the lobby to get drinks at night. I specifically chose this hotel for it's village vibes. The 3rd day rained heavily. Jaye advised us to visit the Yellow Dragon Cave instead of the Tianzi Mountain. He gave us instructions and booked the Didi taxi. We enjoyed it very much. Our day trips to Tianmen and Avatar were smooth with Jaye's map and directions. There are massage places near the hotel. We had a foot massage on our first day and body massage on our 2nd day. Our stay in Zhangjiajie was wonderful with Jaye's assistance. We highly recommend Breeze Alley Inn when in Zhangjiajie. BTW, Jaye speaks fluent English with a gentle aura. Lucain is beautiful with a great smile. We left a photo of us taken in the Avatar karst for their bulletin and we got a fridge magnet for souvenir. All good vibes at Breeze Alley Inn. Oh, they let us have an umbrella and I lost it in the Yellow Dragon Cave. I wanted to pay for it, but they said no need. Such good souls...

The staff were very friendly and attentive in resolving any issues, especially Mr. Luciam.

Staff parlante un perfetto inglese, i suoi consigli sono stati fondamentali nell'organizzazione delle escursioni ai parchi. Ubicazione PERFETTA, vicinissimo alla cabinovia di Tianmen Mountain. Nelle immediate vicinanze, si trova la fermata del bus pubblico per andare al parco nazionale di Zhangjiajie ed al Grand Canyon. Zona piena di ristoranti e bancarelle.

1) Camera un pò piccola, ma rispecchiava esattamente quanto avevo prenotato, pertanto è solo una constatazione NON UNA LAMENTELA. 2) piani alti senza ascensore. Non ricordavo di averlo letto nella descrizione, ma in ogni caso non è stato un problema.
