Easy to communicate with a responsible person. Big place, super comfortable beds. Lovely kitchen. Great, great location!!!
The mold smell was intense and took some time to refresh the house. Quite few stairs 😀

Fantastic location right in the middle of the Korean area in Shinjuku. Exciting area with loads of restaurants, bars, shops and metro stations within walking distance.
Despite this, not noisy overnight in the house.
4 good size double bedrooms, basic kitchen but large table with seats in the adjacent room.
They provided water, coffee bags, tea, salt and pepper, oil, shower gel, hand wash, washing liquid for clothes.
Very accommodating, allowed us to leave bags in the garage area before check in and in their office after check out.
Good value accommodation in a great area in central Tokyo.
Needs more storage space for clothes in some of the bedrooms.
