Staff was awesome and food was great

Non branded hotel, it's clean but no amenities such as water at check-in, no breakfast or bar.

The property, inside and out was clean. Our room was clean, the toilet was spraying water onto the floor when flushing but was easily remedied. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom and I wish there would have been one. Other than that everything was as expected.

Friendly front desk staff, beds were comfortable, nice to have a fridge and microwave. The Keurig was nice and the coffee tasty. The little snack shack was convenient too! They even sold beer. We didn’t have a shade for our window, I like a dark room, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. There was only one tiny piece of hand soap and mismatched shampoo/conditioner. Sadly no shower soap at all and I forgot mine.

Check in was easy, no wait, arrived in Mansfield early still check us in. Room service was amazing. She checked on us daily.

very surprised to see the adjacent movie theater was attached. pretty interesting feature. we didn't use the workout room but did check it out. looked good. i think there is a pool but didn't get to swing in. overall, a good place to stay a cut above the other hotels in the area.

Checked into a suite that smelled like a chain smoker just walked out of the room. Not exaggerating. Tobacco leaves on one bed. The other bed didnt have any linen on it. Empty coke can on the dresser. Sink had stuff all in it. Went on ghost tour, came back at 2:30 a.m. We were stuck outside for 15 minutes, calling and buzzing in. There was another guest inside ringing the bell on the counter. Not sure how long he was waiting. The young lady finally showed up, phone in hand. She yelled at the guest inside claiming she was in the bathroom. She came to the front doors and accused us of trying to pry the doors open because they wouldnt open. We did not pry the doors. We had to walk back to the rear of the building so she could let us in. No apology what so ever. Giving Mansfield a Great reputation!

There was nothing substantively positive about the hotel. It suited its purpose, in giving me a place to stay for one night, but I wouldn't necessarily be compelled to stay there again. It used to be a Holiday Inn, and I stayed there once several years ago. It appears the current owners just took the place over, but didn't see fit to improve on anything.

Arrived during a heat wave. Property is next to a homeless shelter and live theater. Check in ok, staff very nice. After a hot day and wanting to take a shower, there was no hot water. Even after letting the hot water run for 5-10min. Called the front desk for no one to answer. I got dressed again in my sweaty clothes and went to the front desk. After ringing the bell a few times a different clerk come out of the back. I asked if they any hot water. His response was if I was on the 6th floor because there's a problem with the hot water on the 6th floor. Yes I am. HE said they would fix it and call me to let me know. After I had gone to bed and fallen asleep, they rang to tell me they fixed the hot water. Water was hot in the morning. Next day returned form another hot day to no room service. Nothing shared by the staff that they don't do room service. I took a shower and went to bed. After another hot day returned to no parking spots. The theater was having a show and every spot within sight of the building was full. I went in and asked if they were full. It took me three try's before they answered the question. They weren't so why is their lot full? Because of the theater. There is not enough room for a proper review. There is more to share. I would say avoid this hotel if at all possible This is the 2nd worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The property itself is nice & quiet inside. Staff is nice. Check in was slow, and they said my payment through expedia only paid for 1 of 2 rooms booked, so they ran payment again, which didn't sound right. No food conveniently close by and no food at hotel - would be a good addition for them to serve breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. They do have a private parking lot in back. We weren't thrilled with the overall surroundings we had to drive through to get anywhere, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The front desk staff was helpful. However, this hotel needs some updates. The room’s carpets are older, and the bathroom looks from the late 70s.

It was a great stay at a great place. Our first time staying there though were in town each year for business. Was very helpful with resturants,etc. Will be back.😊

No breakfast as advertised. No amenities at all.

Elevator out of service and pool out of service. Disappointed about the pool. Need a ramp for the back entrance so it is easier to bring in rolling suitcases.

The hotel is currently very much under renovation, to the point of which there aren't functional elevators. While we ultimately did not get the room we reserved, the room we did get was clean and relatively comfortable. Also, Park Hospitality did make it right, and I appreciate that gesture very much.

It was horrible! This place should be condemned. My guest and I awoke with bloody noses because how dirty and dusty it was in there. The elevator only worked for the workers my room had no heat, no tv, bed bugs, and the dust and filth literally sent one of my guest to the hospital. Never again. Do not stay in this hotel.

The neat clean & fresh rooms. I do miss the restaurant, swimming pool, jacuzzi rooms and elevators have been down for a while. But everything else was very nice!

Was not informed when making reservation that the elevator was broken and I was placed on the 5th floor, all vending machines were out of service, pool was out of service, restaurant was out of service, hair dryer stopped worked 1/2 way into use

My biggest problem was that Orbitz didn’t pay the bill until i tried to check in at 7 pm, and the clerk said i had to contact Orbitz to get them to pay before she would give me key. That took me 20 minutes of texting befkre clerk said payment was made. Property convenient and up to Holiday Inn standards. Located in downtown and I've used in past. The hotel is in downtown Mansfield, Ohio and convenient to a nice mix of hot dog to fancy upscale. Live theater next door. But town muddling along. town i

No working elevators. Pool is closed. Restaurant is closed. Gift – snackshop empty and closed. No coffee in the morning. No amenities. This hotel is in serious construction mode. They should probably just close until they get the job done. Don’t stay here until they are done at renovations.

What to say about Park Hospitality in Mansfield...pick somewhere else. There were sketchy people outside the hotel from the minute we pulled into the parking lot. We didn't realize there's a homeless facility directly across the street. When we tried to get into the hotel, the automatic sliding doors didn't work. The front desk clerk finally noticed us and came to let us in. We were informed that the doors were broken and we would need to push them apart. However, she had locked them due to a homeless person who wouldn't leave the area (she also mentioned that for our safety the doors on the back side of the building are locked when it gets dark outside). We checked in and my husband grabbed a cart for our luggage and she asked if we had a lot of stuff. Turns out the elevator was also broken and we'd be carrying everything up the stairs to the 5th floor. We reserved a room with a king bed but got a two double beds suite. While not happy about the beds, we decided not to complain since we ended up with a suite. Unfortunately, the room could have used a better cleaning (hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub and we didn't even want touch the couch) and half of the lights in the bedroom didn't work. Overall, the place needs a lot of work and the area isn't great. If you're heading to Mansfield and need to stay overnight, we would suggest driving a few extra miles to stay at one of the other options a little farther outside of town.

It was clean enough to sleep in. Other than that, no continental breakfast no elevator, i was on the fifth floor. Cheap amenities like k cups and only the least amount of cheap plastic cream and sugar packets

Convenient to Mansfield theatres and restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean room and comfy bed. Good value.

It says that it has a banquet breakfast and room service. It did not have either. Staff is really rude and they don't even have a restaurant in the motel. So you guys got it all wrong

The hotel was decent. If you are looking for fabulous this isn’t the place. The bed and towels were clean so it made my stay ok. The rooms are nice size but everything is old.
