The staff was super sweet. Extremely accommodating. The room was spotless. The staff met you with a smile and asked if they could do anything for you. And even though there was a hicup with the hot water they did everything to make it right i give them 10 stars..

Beware, the walls and floors are paper thin. The unit above us sounded like a mosh pit at times. Unit was clean and maintained. Super close to beach access. Mostly "compact car parking" mostly. Not a lot of travel size parking.

Great place, huge studio apartment with full sized appliances. Very clean and comfort. Short, easy walk to the public beach access. Lots of great details here, came with a first aid kit, paper towels, dish & laundry soap, freshly washed blanket. My only complaint would be no curtains (the outside lights stayed on all night and came through the blinds). Also, the walls are not completely soundproof but all ypu have to do is put white noise/black screen on tv (youtube) and its fine. Will definitely be back and will recommend. Great location, convenient to everything Surf City has to offer. Free parking was easy and no issue, too.

It is brand new. They also add a 240 dollars property fee on your room so for one night it was doubled. Suspect that if you stay a week it's not as significant. There is no one there to sign the contract because the contract go to orbitz and not to our email

I liked the property location to beach. The pin code was an issue in accessing the room, I had to call for support on multiple occasions. In addition, insulation was lacking, you can hear neighbors above and on right and left.

Our stay was great, but the amenities can use some work. We had a three beds but only two blankets. (No blanket for the pull out couch.) There was only two rolls of toilet paper and 2 set of towels for the weekend. It was stated that there were laundry detergent/pods. However we did not find any. The parking space was small. There is only one parking spot for the whole suite. We had to use public parking and pay the fees. However, the room itself was great and had a beautiful view. The shared community area was great with many activities and the free bike rental system was easy to use and enjoyable. Overall, it is a cheap, but comfortable stay. Just the amenities needs an improvement.

Quiet, quaint place that has been newly renovated to have a chic feel. The only thing that would make it better would be to fix the bathroom door so that it properly latches (not a big deal since it was just my family) and to clean the floors better (my baby's knees were dirty). We will be back next summer!

The condo was roomy, super clean and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. It was not a far walk to the beach access, There is a common area below that was very inviting with a ring game, cornhole and a ping pong table. Rocking chairs and tables to gather. It was quiet. All together it was just perfect for my family.

The accommodations were great. I received the check-in instructions via email and the entry code via text. I had no issues the check in. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The internet was down, missed meetings, management worked diligently with Spectrum to have the issues resolved by the next day. What wasn't made clear on the booking site, if there were any rooms that met the ADA code for access. There is not a place at the moment that can accommodate a wheelchair, it is only accessible by stairs. I understand that there is an elevator that is being installed on the premises soon. If you need wheelchair access, the rooms close to the elevator will be in the low numbers (201, 301..) that said, if you don't those rooms may be quite noisy once installed and completed. Beach access in not covered in cost, access 14 is not accessible for handicap. Find free parking about 3 miles away with ramp. two handicap spots for large cars two for compact. No roll in shower or grip bars.

Poor communication, did not receive any check in information by email or text as well as promised. Had to call to get check in codes at last minute. Was not pet friendly although the Expedia listing did not have any restrictions or information on pets
