I'm glad we decided to stay here. The place has an amazingly designed rooms. High ceilings. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had on this trip. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this resort.

Second visit in less than two weeks. It was even better than the first visit. The staff are very friendly and conduct themselves in an very professional manner. Definitely will be returning for more visits.

I had a really happy time thanks to the kind staff during the three days of my stay at Sheraton. I was worried about traveling due to a broken ankle, but wheelchair services were always available. In particular, I would like to strongly compliment Jayson, a lifeguard among the staff. He continued our conversation as sweet as a friend with a kind smile, and pushed my wheelchair from the pool to the room elevator on behalf of me, who has trouble with my legs. I truly believe he has become my friend. I was fascinated by Sheraton's great interior, room condition, and facilities, but actually, its biggest advantage is that of its wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and my YouTube subscribers in Korea!

Genuinely one of the most incredible hotel experiences that I have ever experienced. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left it was incredible. Hannah at reception and Ariel who helped with our bags were so friendly and always said hello and remembered our room number thoughout our stay.
Even before the stay they were very responsive on email to answer any questions.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful in it's architecture and the room is incredible.
Breakfast is also massive and has basically everything you could want.
I was a little unwell for part of the stay and they even sent a nurse to the room!
The beach is lovely and the added touches of ice cream and free melon was really nice touches.
There are lots of activities for adults and kids.
We had to catch an early flight and they even packaged breakfast for us to take to the airport.
Will 100% be staying again.
All the staff were so welcoming, making sure to say hello at all times.
The beach is also really peaceful.

The resort is very nice, pools, beach, food and the best I had fun is the water zumba 2x a day , will definitely go back .

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, the staff are phenomenal and possibly the best hospitality we have experienced in all of Asia! So welcoming and friendly and helpful...blown away!
The hotel is stunning aesthetically and the rooms were fantastic, big space and so modern.
The hotels pools were great although a little small and the beach was stoney and not sandy but you can get aqua shoes for free from the recreation desk which was a nice touch.
Whether you love the sea or not you have to go snorkelling here, the amount of fish and the clarity of the water is incredible.
We have stayed at other hotels in Cebu but this is the BEST by a long way!

Service was 5-star and we felt very well taken care of. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great - worth the additional cost for our stay, also because the nearest other options require a van or cab ride. Amenities and rooms are clean and modern.
Only downsides would be that the beach is small and pebbly vs white sands. The pool is nice though, and they offer aqua aerobics which was fun! Also the location is a bit inconvenient if you have any trips to Cebu City planned - allot about 1 hour travel time. Otherwise it is great being only 20 min from the airport and in a relatively private area.

Very disappointing experience
We made a reservation for ocean view with additonal charge,
But hotel gave room with no view !!
We had complained and front desk told us that they will check and contact to us till morning
But even next day, no contact from hotel
We contact again and but no any react and no any sugesstion for this problem
Evening, we went to desk and complain !
What does mean for after 2 days evening just before check out date ?

I would like to start with the Service, it was amazing! The Dip restaurant, Buhi cave bar, and 5 Cien restaurant. We were treated like celebrities. Jun, the bartender at the Dip bar close to the pool was the Best, his female supervisor (I forgot her name) was amazing.
The only negatives for me, is the sand on the beaches, its not easy on the feet if you are not used to that type of sand! And my pillow in the room, big king pillow, but flat.
We had stayed at the Shangri-la, twice as expensive, the week prior, we enjoyed all aspects of our stay at the Sheraton (accept the pillow and sand) than we did at the Shangri-la.
Next time, multiple nights at the Sheraton instead of splitting nights between the 2.

This resort is very peaceful with amazing views. The beach lacks sand that Americans are used too. It is more like fine pebbles and there are fish at shore that swim close to you, like a small fish tank. The biggest complaint is that the resort pools close at 7pm. The restaurants also close early. It turns into a gohst town at like 7pm. There is a service fee added to each bill, so be aware. Overall all this is a beautiful hotel, and with a little better management it could be excellent.

Me and my wife enjoyed our 5 night stay, the buffet every night has a lot to choose from. Our server Theresa at 5 Cien deserves a raise she made sure my wife has her gluten free bread as she has auto immune disease she was the best server. At the beach our gal was Jinky she made sure we have piña coladas and towel or whatever we need, both Theresa and Jinky made our stay great due to their kindness and being professional. The amenities like the pool resembles the rice terraces which was super cool. The beach is awesome you can snorkel and see a lot of fish by the shore. I will stay again!

Room was excellent as well as the dining services. Check in and out needs to be more fluid. Computer delays especially at 1 am should not happen especially when booked months in advance.

Wifi, swimming gears and canoe are on charge basis!!!!!! Rocky beach not suitable for swim. Limited food options and food are mediocre and not quite fresh. Poor sound insulation, disturbed by noice from corridor. Poor workmanship on interior fittings. Porters are not proactive in helping with luggage. Problems with floor drain (gradient) in shower cubicle causing 1inch of ponding after shower (Room 708). Facing the sun when talking to front desk causing discomfort to eyes! Wearing mask is not mandatory to all staff. Male washroom near swimming pool was a complete mess flooded with urine around urinal.

Great hotel to stay in, really loved their amenities. Nothing to complain about but it doesn’t really have anything that seperate it the other hotels in the area. Friendly staff, good food, beach is nice. Its brand new so staff still needs a bit of training with their menus. Would maybe come back nxt time im back in cebu if the price is still the same. Also, they still have ongoing construction on their residences so ppl who has the courtyard view might think its an eyesore.

The place is nice since its new. The F&B staff and pool area staff are excellent! BUT they turn off AC automatically esp in the morning when it is sooo hot! What is this? Trying to save money? The rates are expensive and they do this to us?? How do they justify the rates? The front desk are horrible! So snubby and they dont care who got there first. They just entertain whoever they want first! They are too slow! not much signs to show us where to go. I WOULDN’T recommend this place until they change that automatic AC shutoff!! 😡

Nice property (new) currently in soft opening stage. One wing not yet open. Overall I was impressed with the service but not impressed with the prices which are higher than almost any other Cebu properties. Nicely equipped fitness center. Clean well maintained pools. Bars are nice but food selection is limited and was simply not that good. Great food selection in the restaurant especially for breakfast. Kids club was small but clean. Teen club not yet open. Spa does not offer mail services? Staff very friendly and rooms were on the smaller side but clean.

The property and staff are among the best I have seen but the road to get to the resort is long and through a very poor neighborhood. If you plan on staying on the property grounds then you're ok but we were not even allowed to walk beyond the property on the beach. And you will need to drive about 10mins (again thru the poor neighborhood) to get anyplace to walk around.
