Questa casa vacanza per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da baie in cui fare windsurf, da zone in cui dedicarsi al surf e al bodyboarding e da molte altre località interessanti. Non avrai bisogno di perdere tempo per lasciare il tuo mezzo in un posto sicuro: qui ti aspetta anche un parcheggio. Poi non avrai che l'imbarazzo della scelta: potrai percorrere 9 minuti a piedi fino a Manhattan Beach o 7 minuti a piedi fino a Comedy and Magic Club.

Oltre a 2 camere e 2 bagni, in questa sistemazione troverai un'area barbecue e l'aria condizionata. Potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile. Qui avrai a tua completa disposizione asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Anche se sei in vacanza, potrai fare qualche bucato e viaggiare con una valigia più leggera: qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice. Our stay was good. Reasons to rent here: Location is excellent, Rockefeller is a half-block away with an excellent happy hour menu and Sholb Tall-Dank-&-Handsome on tap... what more could anyone want. Close to the beach. The space in the house is nice ... a large main room with a decent kitchen and the 2nd bedroom/bath allowed us to invite guests and offer them their "own place". For the space and location, the price is less than anything similar for a 2BR/2BA. That said, there was a bunch of little "stuff" that really detracted from the overall experience: The place was pretty dirty upon entry, enough so that we were compelled to make cleaning a priority (main room floors were bad, other surfaces were quite dusty, bathrooms were an exception and were clean). The deck and deck furniture were filthy, and the grill tank was empty. We avoided spending time out there. There were missing outlet plates (which I consider a safety hazard to visiting children), missing trim around the island and other places, missing light bulbs in the 2nd bath ... just little stuff that is easy and inexpensive to remedy and yet "there it was". Inventory was light or non-existent on drinking glasses, wine glasses, dish towels, hand towels, dish rack, and bathmats. If you are a party of more than 2, prepare to supply your own. All of this was brought up to the host, so may be addressed in future rentals. All in all, the space itself is nice but could be much nicer with just a little attention.
