Loved the location. Loved the ocean view from the balcony
Third floor without lift, but we were expecting that

Excellent spacious unit with big balcony. Very well-equipped kitchen. Very close to the town and beach. Great coffee shops close. Lovely view over the beach and water. Great Gelato shop downstairs.
Car parking very tight. Four flights of stairs (didn't bother us but could be difficult for some). Can get a bit noisy when shops are open downstairs.
