Grazie allo staff, molto attento e disponibile.

The room was a very city suite type of room. Cool views over the city towards the sea. Host who checked us in was very informative and helped us out with parking in the city centre

AC in the living room didn't quite make it through to the bedroom, there was a fan for the bedroom though so that was good! The car parking was very busy and stressful but we seemed to arrive and leave in rush hour - every other time we walked in and out or went on drives during our stay the traffic was clear. This obviously isn't the hotel's fault but if you want a car in the city the accomodation includes a private parking space in the car park (one of only two 24hr car parks in funchal) so this was really useful overall!

Great location and parking spot included, excellent responsivnes from the staff, well equipped apartment. The apartment met our expectations. Facilities as described.

Maintenance could be improved but they were open to suggestions and our observations. The parking garage is quite tight so the smaller the car the easier it will be to park.

Spacious, clean, sunny with ocean view
