Brisa de Mar (Benissa) is a beautiful and spacious villa with pool and an incredible location, just 200 meters (a 3-minute walk) from the sandy beach of La Fustera, and a 1-minute walk from several charming restaurants and a supermarket. The villa features a cozy decor that blends Mediterranean style with elegant English elements. Your pet is welcome in this villa (€50 extra cleaning fee).

DISTRIBUTION:
The villa has 2 floors connected by an internal case with a total of 230 m2.
On the ground floor that has been fully refurbished, there is a large living-dining room of 80 m2 with large windows and access to a large terrace with views to the swimming pool. the living room communicates with a large modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen elements necessary for a perfect stay. on this same floor there is a spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a good wardrobe.
On the upper floor, already refurbished in 2022, there are 4 ample and nicely decorated bedrooms, 2 of them with in-suite bathroom and terrace. The other 2 bedrooms share another bathroom.
The exterior of the property with a surface area of 850 m2 has a large parking area for up to 3 cars, a wonderful swimming pool with 6 sunbeds and a beautiful pergola and barbecue area with dining table and sofas.
LOCATION:
- Due to its perfect location, a car is not necessary. .
- The distance to the beach "La Fustera" is only 220 metres, which is accessed by a private access with exclusive pedestrian access. In addition, from "La Fustera" beach there is an ecological path with beautiful views of the sea through which you can reach the coves of pinets and bassetes with a pleasant walk of about 400 metres.
- Several restaurants, beach clubs and a good supermarket. all in less than 250 meters from the villa.
- 150 meters to an ecological path ideal for pleasant walks by the sea.
- Bus stop at just 100 metres to go to the charming village of Moraira, or to the wide beaches of Calpe or even to connect at the station with the Alicante or Valencia airports shuttles.

We had a wonderful time staying in the villa. Host was very responsive and helpful.
The villa is located near a beautiful beach, with a nice restaurant right on the beach, small grocery store is right across the street. An amazing artisan bakery is right around the corner. Villa is as described and shown in photos (not as vast, photos overextend it a bit), but you definitely see what you get. Each of the three main bedrooms has its own bathroom, and the two single beds bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. And there is a bathroom in the living/dining area. There is just one hairdryer for the whole house and it is located in this living room/dining are bathroom. (A strong, professional one). There are neighbors on a few side of the villa, and their guests were a bit noisy, but all respected the quiet time guidelines and quieted down around midnight. Sunrises on the beach and if you climb the trail stairs to the right of the beach are spectacular.
