Very clean property and a beautiful lot. Excellent proximity to fun adventures on the North Shore!

House was fantastic and stocked well with everything that we needed.

Very comfortable, well equipped stay.

The house and location are stunning - the house is well appointed with everything we would need. The waterfall on the property was an amazing surprise. However we had issues: the lower level bedroom heat did not work so the bedroom was freezing the first night. The in floor heat did not work, the floors were ice cold. We tried to turn up the furnace but that did not warm the room either. A maintenance person came over to look and told us a valve/lever for the in floor heat was shut off and since he didn’t know what he couldn’t turn it back on. That tells me that the owner or someone knew the valve was turned off and the heat didn’t work but neglected to tell us or Cascade. If someone knew that the heat was not working and did not inform us, that’s very poor customer service. And if someone knew and did not provide a space heater from the start, that’s very poor service as well. Or whoever knew should have left much better instructions on how to heat the lower level bedroom with the furnace heat. The maintenance person brought over a spaceheater for the second night. I am quite frustrated that no one bothered to tell us or prepare the place for the in floor heat not working in the bedroom. I give that situation 1 star. Second, the flue for the outside fireplace does not work properly. We started a fire and the porch filled with smoke. The flue only opens part way and when we looked up the chimney, the flew looked crooked like it was broken. We couldn’t use the FP
