Old building with character. Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Bathroom also clean and they quickly addressed a blocked drain. Couldn't be closer to the train station, making for a logical stop before more expensive Bilbao options.

I would not go back because of how management handled other misbehaving guests. A group of young adults had booked several rooms and started a party with music and loud talking and drinking (walls are pretty thin). That could happen anywhere but when I contacted management, they found excuses and delayed acting because they have no one on site (e.g. "it's normal before 10pm", "I saw with the camera they already left" when they hadn't, "is it still happening now?" as I was sending audio recordings of it happening). It took an hour for it to be resolved and only because the young adults were going out partying. Then later another room had a dog barking and their owners throwing a squeaky toy at him at 11pm+. Management believed the young adults when they said they would be quiet coming back, but when they did at 6:30am, they were talking and I heard vomiting, so I got up and left early. Later management told me they had finally kicked them out.
