Clean home, great location for folks visiting Kentucky State University. The stairs from the parking was difficult for my senior mom but she was able manage.

Great place to stay. Tight parking for truck was the only downfall

Great location. This place has everything I needed. I have nothing negative to say. It was a pleasant place to stay.

I thought by using VRBO that we'd be a bit more upscale...we booked for 3 nights. Great location to town, and glad we had it, but wouldn't stay again.... Definitely just one parking spot. Would have been cool if the host could have communicated ALTERNATE parking besides "nearby lots" when we attempted to message multiple times, ie, There's street parking at the other end of the road? Pretty sure a management company just kept copy and pasting the details from the listing, which is hard when your daughter and son-in-law are coming in at 3 am after a 5-hour drive. There's no lighting alongside of the house, including stairs down to the side of the house. A light IS triggered at the base of the stars but you have to fall down 2 of the 3 before it clicks on. See previous statement, hard at night... Not sure if the listing said, and we were okay, but if you're thinking to finagle it - this is DEFINITELY not ADA accessible. Beyond the stairs, my husband has broad shoulders and had to turn sideways to scootch between the wall and the washer dryer that overhangs the bathroom entrance. Also maybe consider this if you are well overweight. On that note, my SIL noted that it felt like you could fall through the floor near said washer. We basically only needed a place to sleep, alas, after 2 nights I gave up and washed the bedding, it smelled so bad of bleach and mildew (left to dry in the washer too long). Home appointed ok otherwise (only 2 mugs), but some niceties (popcorn, coffee)
