It was a spacious property in a great location with lots of light from windows. For a large group or family, it is ideal. Everyone can have a bit of space when needed but there was a great communal area in the living/dining room. There were plenty of comfortable beds. Oshiage metro was a short walk away, as was the Tokyo Skytree.
Nothing. The shower was on the bottom floor which required a lot of up and down the stairs, but this is only a minor issue.

The location was excellent for us. Easy walk to Oshiage Station. Loved being in Sumida. Would have liked to have used the rooftop terrace but it was rainy while there. Visited an Izakaya on our walk home from Denkiyu Sento and enjoyed it. Kamepan Bakery is just down the street and it is excellent. Also got a haircut at Le Monde Salon a few minutes walk away. Can’t say enough nice things about Sumida and Pufuka puts you right there.
Only complaint is that the dryer took multiple cycles to dry clothes.
