Siquijor Glamping Village

During our stay there was one day where we were informed in late morning that they will have a Team Building event and due to that all services were suspended from 1PM till 10PM. Even no access to the swimming pool. I found it fair to be compensated as I am a guest in the hotel I pay my rate for accomodation and all services. At check out I asked for third time to talk to manager who was present in the office but they passed me the phone call. She was so rude and totally without any sense of customer centricity. Upon me asking for any kind of compensation she told me I should go to the police and involve them on my complaint. I just left it there. But I can only recommend the owner Shaun to kick her out as she will certainly do more and more damage to the resort which is a fantastic place.

I really enjoyed the resort’s convenient location and spacious, comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more pleasant. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the resort was, making it easy to relax and unwind.

One thing I didn’t particularly like was that the room’s air conditioning was not sufficient, especially during warmer hours. I also found the limited electricity supply a bit inconvenient, as it affected the overall comfort of the stay. Improving these areas would make the experience more comfortable and convenient for guests.

Private celebrations took over main resort and restaurant which meant we couldn't use them for 1 st day.
