Great facilities comfortable beds good location.
We were concerned about the check in process after reading in reviews that people had issues with this.
We also had issues with accessing our lock box. No code was sent prior or at arrival and we were changed to another unit.
It all worked in the end after numerous attempts to contact someone. They really need to improve this.

Beautiful 3 bed villa suitable for our travelling group of 5. Efficient check in process and up to date advice from our hostess. Well equipped and excellent air con in all bedrooms and living area which was needed.
Nothing at all wrong with accomodation. Cyclone approaching stopped us participating in whale shark tour but that was out of everyone's control

Good location, space, fridge and shower. Host responsive to some compliant. Replaced a non working microwave.
Air conditioning units old, noisy and or not working. Tv antiquated, never got it working. Part of lounge seat springs gone. Hard water and dishwasher has affected all cooking crockery and cutlery making it look not clean. Needs an update & spring clean
