The apartment and facilities inside are awesome. Host is close by, communicative and accommodating. Access is through codes, so no stress with keys. Safe private parking is available nearby, the fee is reasonable compared to the rent price.
This is a truly 'hosting'-style place, as the kitchen is stocked with breakfast item (tea, coffee, butter, various jams, etc).
Just minor thing, but to keep in mind: parking spot is a bit short so you need to be careful. Also some plant on the ground with short spikes that can impale the bottom of your shoes and will require manual removal :)
To be honest, the thing that I did not like the most was that I only had 1 night to spend here (obviously due to my schedule, nothing to do with the host or the location) :) This is such a nice place that it's really worth to spend a few days - in regards to both the apartment and the town.

It is a nice, clean, comfortable condo situated in the beautiful Jewish Quarter of Veria. You will really find everything you need in the apartment and Fani is always willing to help. The parking spot is very close and you can use it for only 5 euros per day.

This property has been beautifully decorated and furnished by the host. She has put a huge amount of thought into every detail, including the generous welcome pack. Parking is difficult but she has an arrangement with a neighbour to use a space on their property.
The Google link sent doesn't take you right to the property, but guides you to a point in the next street. The host works with you to get you to her property.
