Good location and in general the apartment was good. Enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen very good if you want to cook.

It was very hot in Milan during our stay and the AC was not working properly. We reported on our first day and until the last day they were not fixed. Sleeping in the nights (5 in total) was impossible due to the heat. They provided some ventilators after we requested but the customer service through WhatsApp was very slow and sometime unresponsive. For the price that we paid, you would expect a much better prepared apartment. We couldn’t even use the second floor as it was impossible to be there due to the very high temperature. Like a Sauna!
