The stairs up tot he 3rd floor - but non of the building in the historic area have elevators so it's Par for the course if you want to stay in the district.

The property is very really located in the midst of Naples. Great location for walking the city. It’s surprisingly quiet in the room given the locale.
I liked the modern look and the room was very comfortable.
The entryway is a bit tricky given the number of people on the street. Getting in and out wasn’t the easiest with luggage. I had a large bag and a small one - and failed to realize there’s no lift. The circular staircase is narrow and made of marble so it wasn’t ideal for my bags but I managed. I arrived in Naples two hours before check in and there was no flexibility which I didn’t like. But again managed.

A great location that takes you into the bustling heart of Naples with a lovely design in a very old building.
Getting luggage to the 2nd floor without a lift and a lack of privacy in the bathroom!
