The location is perfect, short walk to everything. The property is nice but not luxury.
We had 13 people so we used all the rollaway cots, but some of them collapsed and were rickety.
We're all moms and super tidy and clean but being expected to strip beds, wash towels etc with a hefty cleaning/service fee was a little much.

This house was absolutely gorgeous and so nice for our stay in Buckhead! The team providing you this house is amazing with great communication and hospitality!

Overall our stay was pleasant. However the number of extra beds listed wasn’t present. Only one was actually functional while the other was broken in the center, but we managed. Nice quiet neighborhood!

This was a family holiday get-a-way. Everything was perfect. The location, the weather, the home. Buckhead forest was just like the pictures. It was updated, had a large kitchen and plenty of room for all13 of us. My only suggestion would be to supply more towels. A home that could sleep 15 only had a total of 10 ( two towels per room) thank goodness for the washer & dryer. Otherwise, no complaints and would stay there again!

The top floor of this older home has been renovated with nice furnishings and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. However, for a 5-BR home there is not enough seating in the living room, and there is literally none in the basement entertainment area. Also, this house smells strongly of cigarettes in every room. The stench has permeated all of our clothes, luggage, and even our shoes. Clearly, this is a smoker’s house. Steer clear if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke.
