My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. I was able to have open communication with with the hosts. My grandkids loved the pool and the mini Pac-Man game! They didn’t want to leave. :-)

I had contacted the hosts prior to booking to make sure it was okay to have a gathering at the house. We ended up booking and the house did not disappoint! Super cute house, very cozy feel. I had one question for the host when we arrived and they answered immediately. The backyard was perfect and the pool is great. I would definitely book this house again for another stay! Highly recommend.

External of the house needs a lot of work. Looks like it needs a good landscape. Bunch of crap in the garage to look at, looked like a storage place for the owners. Dish washer was loaded with dishes that was supposed to be cleaned out for us to use to wash our dirty dishes when leaving. Washer was loaded with linens. Very low water pressure, shower head in front bathroom sucks, water sprays everywhere when showering, which is a hazard for slip and fall. Kitchen sink water pressure sucked too. Front door code did not work, had to reach out to owner to get a code to get in from the garage, then to get another code to get in the pedestrian door. Swimming pool was dirty and not cleaned at all. We booked this place because of the pool. We notified the owner about it and that we have not use the pool due to the pool being dirty. She blamed us for having gum stuck on the deck which we did not use the back yard at all. It was just 3 adults that stayed at place, no children. I don't know how she came up with that and blamed us for it. We communicated all of the complaints and she only would refund us $75. Which she explained was a refund for the gum removing fee. We tried to open the sunshade awning which was ripped and broken. We were from out of town and these issues would have not been completed while we were there. This was not a good experience and to be blamed for something we did not do and only get a "Penny" refund for the issue that was not ours is extremely disappointing.

The quiet pool and the relaxing feel of this home was lovely.

Not clean, broken items with very low water pressure. We had a few issues during our stay. We were given the incorrect code to the house and we had people coming early to set up a surprise party for my husband. Our friends couldn’t access the house, the code box was broken so everyone had to wait out front and surprise him there. In the bathroom the towel bar kept falling down and my kids would hold it in place screaming help until we could refix it every bathroom use. One of the twin beds does not have a bed frame and when you sit on it, it wiggles unstable like a marshmallow. Very uncomfortable. Due to the cleanliness, I was concerned that the sheets and bedding may not be cleaned regularly. It has a pool which is the marketing value to this home, otherwise it’s the bare minimum.

The photos don’t do this place justice! The home is warm and inviting, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. The backyard has a ton of privacy for you and your family to enjoy yourselves. Communication with Sonia was top tier! I had a little problem trying to gain access to the property, but Sonia quickly helped resolved that issue. If you need a get away, this is the place to be!
