We arrived late to check in and our name was not on b the list to check in. Vrbo and host left us to for ourselves and to find our own hotel for the night . The property is really nice. Centrally located

The condo was cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable! The porch was the perfect place for my morning coffee! Both pools were gorgeous and a perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking and beaching. The location was close to lots of gorgeous beaches and some of my favorite hikes! Very pleased with this place!

Easy check-in. We enjoyed the beautiful property and the location was fantastic. It was everything and more than we expected. We would definitely return to the Wyndom Bali Hai.

I was looking for a quiet place to unwind that would also give access to the beauty and diversity of nature on Kauai. I found it all at the Bali Hai Villa.

Beautiful 2 bedrooms and 2 baths unit in a beautiful resort. We had everything needed for a relaxing and wonderful vacation. The unit is centralized, close to the pool, the gym, and the main road.

We were charged a $20 a day air-conditioning fee and a $12 a day time share which we knew nothing about either one of those fees before we arrived. Also, we had problems with upstairs residence, footprint, noise, which kept us awake at night.

The buildings were well-kept and clean. The staff was very accommodating and on the ball. This villa was a perfect location to explore the north shore, the east shore and even down to the south shore. It was so nice to come home to in the evening. Two beautiful large pools with plenty of Jacuzzis were a big plus. People of all ages will love this villa! Can’t wait to come back!

The grounds are well maintained, the chickens not so much; we sure would have appreciated the chickens adhering to the quiet hours...
The rooms are in need of upgrades or repairs.
The location is peaceful, but no ocean view. Be prepared to travel for activities.

We were allowed early checkin and late checkout which was great. It would’ve been nice if kitchen had some basic condiments other than tiny, disposable s&p containers. Overall, the unit served us well and we recommend it for anyone who wants to be in Princeville.

We had a great time. The property was beautiful. Check in was easy but we were surprised when we found out that there was an AC in the room but there was an additional charge for the use of the AC. Luckily we didn’t need it since we visited in February. If it was summer we would have paid the extra to be able to be comfortable! I would definitely rent this property again.

We stayed here for just 2 nights as part of a weeklong anniversary trip. It was a great home base to reach Haena state park, Limahuli gardens, and Hanalei bay. We had our room upgraded prior to arrival and enjoyed a spacious 2 br 2 ba villa. The amenities and pool were all very nice. We found Princeville packing in reasonable places to eat out. I would recommend a shipping trip and some “meals in” if you stay here. The kitchen was nice/clean and well set up to cook and prep in. Checkin with the resort was unnecessarily tedious and slow. They also flow you to the concierge who tries to hard sell you in attending a time-share presentation. Overall a positive experience and would stay here again.

We were not aware that you have to pay extra $20 /day if you want to turn on the air. Also, there are way too many roosters on the property that craw randomly starting at ~ 4am daily right underneath your bedroom. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay in the spacious unit.
