The room itself was very homely and clean

Reception area not clean, corridors not clean
Room 310 , i only stayed there for an hour, room was not clean from the kitchen to the shower, shower had a urine smell.

The only good thing about this property is the location.
It is dirty , The bathrooms smell, table counters dirty , they are cockroaches everywhere including the shower , They were only 2 towels which had stains. The balcony was full of dust and was so so dirty . We were uncomfortable with how dirty the place was.

Bit noisy at times with people sitting and socialising outside until early morning hours.
Would prefer housekeeping to be done in the morning, not late afternoon.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable
1. It is very noisy at night we could not sleep until 2 am in the morning.
2. Wish there were not dishes and utensils in the kitchen if you want to cook.

Everything was spot on, the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and the coffee was amazing, the staff and facilities were great!
There were only two towels per apartment for 4 adults

I was there for leisure with my mother. The place was awful! I paid over 7kfor six nights, and it was horrible. When I first arrived at the apartment (302), the sofa had a hole in it, and it smelled like weed. The cushions were dirty and had a dent smell to them. I spoke to the manager, and she changed my apartment room, but "first impressions last, "and I wouldn't recommend this place!

Self catering was excellent and cleanliness was what I expected for my stay.
I could not reach anyone at reception via cellphone or office phone. The place was noisy.

Its a noisy place. Guests play loud music and seem to be partying all day and night. Bathroom mat was filthy. Towels were not enough. The next day we had to request towels. The unit was infested with cockroaches. The bathrooms have not wrack to keep shampoos and soaps. There is no place for the toothbrushes etc.

property is very modern and located next to a lot of popular spots.
the apartment needs to be fumigated as there were quite a few cockroaches, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

We couldn’t use the elevator. we were not informed of the loadshedding schedule.

Hotel guests were rowdy and at 3:00 am everyone was woken by rowdy revellers

It was noisy. We were travelling with a child who went on the search bar and saw “pornographic” searches. Both showers didn’t have shower gel stands.

Great building and location...friendly stuff and very clean..
Sunday a guy walked onto my room 310 whilst I was naked and about to take a shower...It look like an honest mistake because he has a key written 310 but a bit faded,you guys need to update your card keys frequently and disconnect all keys that have ever gone missing to avoid any more situations like mine...that really made me uncomfortable and at that moment I didn't feel safe at all..

The place was very neat, clean & great location.
Some staff were very friendly & helpful.
Other staff can improve.
There was no sponge & dish cloth for dishes.
There were no additional toilet rolls. On the last day we had no toilet rolls.
Staff promised to bring but never did.
