Amazing place for a peaceful getaway. Only five mins drive into the little town. Love the layout of the house and if it was warmer the bbq area would have been lovely to use. There is about 30 steps up to the property as it is on the top level of the house, so if you have large suitcases or elderly that could be an issue.

An absolutely beautiful property! Surrounded by trees, makes you feel like you are completely isolated as if you were walking a newly discovered trail in the forest that no else has yet discovered! Super peaceful, the only Sounds I heard was the wind in the trees and the singing birds. The property is well maintained and with its large windows and comfy interiors, it invites you to stay inside while indulging your visual senses with the breathtaking nature views. Will absolutely revisit this property in my future Bowen Island adventures!

The suite was nice and comfy. We visited on a cold February weekend so the heated floors in the bathroom and bedroom was very welcomed. The rare snow was made the place magical. If it had been warmer, sitting on the deck with steam running near by would have been very relaxing. A note — the island is basically a mountain so access to the suite is a climb up a sidewalk and steps.
