The secluded and quiet location. We went there for a triathlon race, that was held in the same location.
Our room was spacious and had a balcony with a view of the rowing channel.

Perfect location close to the place of my triathlon race. Overall, it provides what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.
Great for family as they’ve been enjoying the swimming pools all the time
Staff need to be further trained.
They’ve been slow and inconsistent to serve some of my request. Example: I was not able attending a breakfast due to the triathlon race in the morning and asked helping me with uncooked oatmeal, so I can have it 5am before the race. It took me 3 times to remind them about the request and, they even attempted charging me for 50g of uncooked flakes.
Hotel restaurants are quite pricy, but this is something you should expect from the place of that category.
