Highland Inn

The staff was not great but good

At checkout I asked for my invoice and the staff said that they couldn't give me the invoice since I check in online that booking will send it I haven't received it yet.

the location

the staff was rude

I liked the wooden floors in the rooms.

Microwave is a bit confusing, but excellent once you get it.

Came to check in and went to the room. Opened door bed was full of roaches! Which freaked me out! Went back to office to be told that I had to stay upstairs. Which , I have a heard time with stairs due to medical issues & requested downstairs. I was told this would be temporary. I agreed but next day same issue plus the tv never worked. I was told over and over tomorrow. I felt I was taken advantage of. I had already paid for 5 days & alone. Finally after 2 or 3 days I was given a room downstairs. Same room with roaches just not as many!
